Return & Refund Policy

At Weekend Standard, every sweatshirt is made to order. Please review your size, color, and personalization details carefully before placing your order.

Personalized Items

Our Practice Crew and Sleeve Collection sweatshirts are customized with your selected number. Because these items are made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, change of mind, or customer-entered personalization errors.

Non-Personalized Items

Our Everyday Series and City Series sweatshirts are also made to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@shopweekendstandard.com. 

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item.

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund when warranted, at no additional cost to you.

Order Cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or correct an order. Because production may begin shortly after an order is placed, cancellations or changes cannot be guaranteed once production has started.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your payment provider.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
